Computer requirements

1. The computer CANNOT be a Chromebook, even if you already have one for school.
This is for reasons that are too long to add here.

2. The computer CANNOT be a phone/tablet.

3. The computer MUST NOT be North Korean. (this is a joke rule, not from a real event.)

4. The computer MUST have Wi-Fi capabilities.
